  I missed a call from their office the day before my appointment, and when I called back to find out the reason for the call, whomever answered the phone was incredibly rude and sneered at me. They weren't even able to tell why I had received a call in the first place. Then when I showed up at the office the next morning, I was told my appointment was cancelled because the doctor I was scheduled to see "wasn't with them". The receptionist could not tell me why whomever answered my call the day prior couldn't give me this information. They sent me over to urgent care since I had a form I needed completed that morning and I was told the $35 would be waived. Despite being there at open and no other patients, i had to wait for 10+ minutes before a nurse even came in to take my vitals. Two weeks later I received a bill for $98 for my visit to the urgent care -- almost 3x what the fee (that should have been waived) is supposed to be. Terrible experience from start to finish.
