  Terrible time management and very inconsiderate of patient's time. 1st visit should have been the clue...took 2 hrs for a consult. Actual wisdom teeth extraction...appointment at 10, didn't go back to get prepped until 11:30 with procedure finally happening at 12:10. When a person's anxiety level is already high because of impending procedure making them endure that long of a wait is very unnerving. Today's followup appt at 2:15. Actually seen by Dr at 3:25. I even called at 1:30 to see if they were running behind. Never again will our family use this practice.

  Horrible dental service!!! Let's start saying that they made me wait 2 hours, and I only went for a consultation. They never called me to remind me of the appointment or to go over what was covered. Then they went and took a CT scan of my face and didn't bother to let me know that my insurance didnt cover it so they billed me. Very unproffesional office, definetly the worst experience I ever had with a dentist. Please, avoid these people they will charge you extra fees for stuff you don't need and they will not hesitate to charge you to the last cent. There's a lot of more profesional, friendly and reasonable specialists out there.
