- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Billed my wife for services and she has never been a patient of them. We think since she has been to Carlisle Reg. that account numbers have been crossed, but they still billed our insurance. 3 phone calls to Carlisle Reg and still have not cleared this. Today received a final notice. Frustrated. Can we talk to a human? and not a machine? Office manager corrected the problem and didnt cost us anything, just inconvenience.
