- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪On my very first consultation (which they canceled the day before) the Doctor came in and started telling me all about how he was getting a divorce. It was unreal. They called me about my benefits a few days later and I returned the call and left a message. No one got back to me so I called again and it turned out one of the ladies was on maternity leave, so they transferred me to someone else and it went straight to a voicemail saying they would have limited access to their voicemail! It was a joke and I'll wait another month or however long it takes to get an appt somewhere else before I'll go back here again.September 29, 2017by Brooke Thornton
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After consistently canceling/rescheduling my appointments last minute and sending me the wrong prescriptions in the mail i decided to switch doctor's. After the switch they tried to charge me 99 cents per page to send my medical records to my new physician. I had a 47 page record, which amounts to $46.53 for the transfer of medical records.
